Questions, answered.
The things teams ask most before running their first pulse.
Is it really anonymous?
Yes — structurally, not just by policy. A response is stored with no member or invite reference, and completion is tracked separately from content, so a timestamp can’t be tied to an answer. The organizer only ever sees aggregated trends and themes.
What does the organizer actually see?
Per cycle: how many people responded, the four trend scores over time, and AI-synthesised themes and representative quotes — never an individual’s answers, and nothing at all until enough people have responded.
What’s the minimum number of responses?
Three. A cycle’s content is withheld entirely until at least three people respond, so no one can be singled out. Below that, the organizer sees only the response count.
How long does the check-in take?
Under five minutes: four 1–5 ratings, two short open questions (what went well, what could be better), and an optional urgent note. The AI may ask up to two brief follow-ups.
What’s the “urgent” note?
An optional box for something that can’t wait. It’s the one disclosed exception to aggregation: it’s reworded and stripped of identifying details, then passed to the organizer that week. Members are told this up front.
How often can a pulse run?
Any cadence from weekly to every six months — weekly, biweekly, monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, or semiannual. You can send automatically or by hand, and skip or pause a cycle anytime.
How many people can a pulse include?
Up to 150 members per pulse. Run several pulses if you have more teams to listen to, or talk to us for a larger rollout.
How much does it cost?
Your first two cycles on each pulse are free. After that it’s a per-pulse subscription priced by team size — $29/month for up to 10, $59 for up to 25, $99 for up to 50, $159 for up to 150 — plus a small surcharge for high cadences (+$20 biweekly, +$40 weekly). Billed by card via Stripe; cancel anytime.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU. All data stores and sub-processors run in the EU region, and our AI and email providers operate under zero-retention, no-training terms. See the Security and Privacy pages.
Do members need an account?
No. Members get a single-use link for each cycle — no signup, no password. Only the organizer has an account.
