Describe your team
Name a pulse, pick your team type, set a goal or two, and add your team’s emails. Pick a cadence from weekly to every six months, and choose auto-send or send by hand. The team type tunes everything that follows.
A pulse runs itself on the cadence you pick — and it measures what matters to your kind of team, not a generic template. Here’s the loop, from setup to the trends you read.
Name a pulse, pick your team type, set a goal or two, and add your team’s emails. Pick a cadence from weekly to every six months, and choose auto-send or send by hand. The team type tunes everything that follows.
Each cycle, members get a single-use link to a short, anonymous check-in (under five minutes): quick ratings, two open questions tuned to your team, and an optional urgent note. Opt into a deeper check-in and once a quarter it adds a few more questions specific to your kind of team.
When the cycle closes, an AI pass turns the responses into scores, trends, themes, and representative quotes — measured against your team’s goals, and withheld entirely below three responses.
Open the pulse to see how the team is moving over time, what’s changing, and what to act on — never who said what.
