Start listening free. Pay for the team you have.
A simple per-pulse subscription that scales with your team size and how often you check in — first two cycles free, cancel anytime.
Two free cycles, then a plan that fits your team.
Each pulse is billed on its own, priced by team size. Run a tighter cadence and a small surcharge applies — so you only pay for the listening you actually do.

- Anonymous AI synthesis every cycle: scores, trends, themes
- Min-N protection — content withheld below three responses
- The full check-in: four trend scores, two open questions, capped AI follow-ups, and an optional urgent note
- Auto-send or send by hand, with reminders and heads-ups
- Team context so the probes and readout fit what your team does
What happens when my team grows?
Your price is set by the seat band your active roster is in. If you grow past your band, one more cycle still sends as a grace — then sends pause until you update billing, which takes one click and is prorated.
When do I pay?
Never at signup. Each pulse's first two cycles are free; from the third cycle it needs a subscription, started by card from the pulse page. If your free cycles close below the 3-response anonymity floor, we add a bonus cycle — you never pay before seeing a readout.
Why do weekly and biweekly pulses cost more?
A weekly pulse runs roughly four times the cycles of a monthly one — more invites, more AI synthesis. The surcharge ($20 biweekly, $40 weekly) covers that; monthly and slower cadences carry none.
Is there an annual option?
Yes — annual billing pays for ten months (two free). And an organizer running three or more paying pulses gets 20% off every one of them, automatically.
Running Pulsings across many teams?
Give every team its own leader and login, a shared monthly invite pool, domain controls, and an org dashboard that rolls up trends — never individual answers. From $1,000/month, self-serve; annual and larger rollouts (DPA, security review, invoicing) on request.
