Anonymous team listening

Know how your team is really doing — without anyone outing themselves.

Pulsings sends your team a short, anonymous check-in on the cadence you pick. It turns the answers into trends and themes you can act on — you see the patterns, never the people.

Cycle 6 · 14 responses · 4 trends up

“Workload eased after the planning change — the theme that nagged for three cycles has cooled.”

AHow it works
01

Set the cadence

Name a pulse, add the team's emails, pick weekly to every-six-months. Auto-send or send by hand.

02

The team checks in

Each cycle, members get a <5-minute anonymous check-in: four quick ratings, two open questions, an optional urgent note.

03

You read the trends

An AI synthesis turns the cycle into scores, themes, and quotes — withheld entirely below three responses.

BAnonymity by design

The organizer never sees who said what.

Responses carry no identity, and completion is tracked separately from content, so a timestamp can't be joined to an answer. A cycle's findings are withheld until at least three people have responded. The one disclosed exception: an optional “urgent” note, reworded and PII-scrubbed before it reaches leadership.
